Terms of exchange and return
Returns due to technical errors: After receiving the goods, if you discover any technical errors, you need to immediately notify our company within 24 hours of receiving the goods. After this time, we will not exchange the goods and will apply the warranty policy to these products. Return goods due to unsuitable needs: When you have received the goods, if you find that the goods do not meet your needs, you can return the goods within 24 hours from the time of receiving the goods. In this case, you will receive 80% of the value of the returned item. Change to another product: After purchasing, if you are not satisfied with the product or change your needs, you can notify us within 24 hours after delivery to be exchanged for another product. Alpha Inc may exchange for another product for the same or greater price. In this case, you will receive 90% of the value of the returned goods, the remaining 10% will be used by us to pay for the costs incurred related to transportation, installation, dismantling, closing package…. Change order when not receiving goods: After confirming the order & paying the deposit, if you have a need to change part of your order (increase or decrease the quantity or change to another product), you need to notify us within 24 hours from the date of purchase. from the time of order confirmation & deposit payment (Order value after change will not be lower than the deposit amount).
Conditions of return and exchange
Merchandise is unused and undamaged due to customer error, in original packaging. Return items must be carefully wrapped along with the original purchase receipt and delivery note. No exchange. Promotion sale. Do not exchange goods that are past the notice period.
